This is certainly a starter like no other. It’s the perfect addition to colder evenings with or without a Brockmans and Tonic.
This dish is the kind of thing you’ll want to share with all your guests, it’s perfectly balanced. Just like our gin.
Ingredients (Yield: 1.5 Liters):

1 ½ Lbs. Tomatoes Peeled, Seeded & Chopped

1 Cup Tomato Juice

1 Cup Cucumber Peeled, Seeded & Chopped

½ Cup Chopped Red Pepper

½ Cup Chopped Red Onions

1 Small Jalapeno Seeded & Chopped

1 Medium Garlic Glove
-
1 Lime Juiced
-
¼ Cup Olive Oil
-
2 Teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar

2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

½ Teaspoon Ground Cumin

1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

¼ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

¾ Cup Gin
Methods:

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients accept the Gin.

Add the mixture to a blender, and puree for 15/20 seconds on high speed.

Add Gin and puree for another few seconds.
Adjust Seasoning -
Chili for few hours before serving.
