Beefsteak tomato – the sandwich slicer
Our big, succulent, beefsteak tomatoes are a summer favourite. Excellent in sandwiches, burgers, and salads, their fresh from the garden taste is sure to please.
Individually harvested at the peak of ripeness, a single beefsteak tomato can weigh ½ a pound.
Like all tomatoes, our beefsteak tomatoes are rich in Vitamins A-B9-C. They are also high in the antioxidant lycopene, fibre and carotene and contain iron and calcium. Tomatoes are low in both fat and cholesterol.
