The baby plants go into the greenhouse in late December. Within a couple of weeks they will set their 1st flowering truss.

With lengthening daylight hours the plants grow quickly. Each plant will grow 3 leaves and set one truss every week

Plants in late winter. Notice a few tomatoes in the middle of the bottom set just starting to ripen.

As the clusters ripen it is time to start picking.

Each tomato cluster is picked into its shipping box to reduce handling.

Each case runs through the grading line to remove imperfect tomatoes and check net case weight.

Pallets are staged and shipped the same day the tomatoes are picked. Local orders will be delivered that day, cross-country orders within 3 days.
